BMO Stadium is the sports and entertainment icon in the Heart of LA. Opened in 2018 as the first open-air stadium built in Los Angeles since 1962, the 22,000-seat soccer stadium (24,000 capacity for concerts) is the home of Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) and Angel City Football Club (ACFC).

A
ADA/Accessibility
BMO Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance at each event, including guests with disabilities. The venue has been designed and built to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
BMO Stadium staff will assist you with any specific accommodations you have before, during, and after an event.
Services include Assisted Listening Devices, Captioning Services & Devices, Sensory kits, and wheelchair escorts & storage. Interpretation Services are not guaranteed for every event; However, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advanced notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Aisles
For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Follow the directions of BMO Stadium staff in your section and refrain from blocking the aisles.
Alcohol Policy
BMO Stadium and Legends Hospitality have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents.
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. It is illegal for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) to be in possession of or consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted:
- BMO Stadium reserves the right to deny entry to anyone displaying visible signs of impairment.
- There is a maximum limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase, per valid ID.
- All Guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty (30) will be asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: State Issued Driver’s License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo and Mexican Consular Card. All other forms of identification are not accepted.
- BMO Stadium reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises or who appears to be visibly impaired. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
- Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting BMO Stadium.
Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in BMO Stadium with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the venue but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. Guests may take their service animal out the venue to relieve itself but must speak to a Guest Experience Representatives prior to leaving the venue. A guest unable to control or whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and staff may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available for no charge at the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. A driver’s license or credit card will be required as a deposit
ATMs
There are no ATMs on property.

Baby Changing Tables
Baby changing tables are located in all family restrooms throughout BMO Stadium. Please refer to Family Restrooms for specific stadium locations.
Bag Search
Guests are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring with them to the Stadium. They will be permitted to carry one (1) Clear Bag of the following style and size bag, package, or container: Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
Prohibited bags include but are not limited to non-clear bags, large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs or guests caring for young children.
Ball Return Policy
Any Soccer balls that enter the seating area must be returned to the field of play by giving the ball to a Ball Kid or the nearest Stadium Staff member. Failure to comply will result in ejection of the venue. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle racks are available around the exterior of BMO Stadium.
Bottles, Cans & Beverage Containers
Bottles, cans, or beverage containers of any kind are not allowed into BMO Stadium. A search will be conducted at the entrance gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the Stadium. Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Please refer to Prohibited Items and Behavior for more information.

Cameras
Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, instant, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside BMO Stadium at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
Cashless Venue
BMO Stadium is a fully cashless venue that only accepts debit card, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay for a contactless and speedy check out.
Child Admissions
Children who have reached their 2nd birthday will require a valid ticket to enter BMO Stadium and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Children under two (2) may enter free of charge so long they do not occupy a seat of their own.
Clear Bag Policy
BMO Stadium has a Clear Bag Only Policy to provide a safer environment for fans and will consequently also expedite entry into the stadium. The policy affects the type and size of the bags permitted into the stadium, not the items (keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, etc). Guests will also be allowed to openly carry a blanket or jacket into the Stadium, although they will be subject to being searched. It is required that fans bring bags that meet the following style and size limits:
- One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, or:
- A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
Non-clear bags including small clutches are NOT allowed.
Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and Stadium Management approval.

Designated Driver Program
As part of BMO Stadium’s commitment to public safety, fans attending LAFC matches can sign up and receive a Designated Driver wristband and a complimentary bottle of water. Please visit the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129 to sign up.
Diaper Bags, Bottles, and Formula
Diaper bags that are smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted inside BMO Stadium. Backpacks of any size and all bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are not permitted. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy.
Plastic bottles, formula and breast pumps are permitted in BMO Stadium, please note stainless steel containers are not permitted.
Dress Code
BMO Stadium staff reserve the right to ask anyone with clothing deemed obscene or indecent to remove or cover up the item. Guests are also prohibited from wearing clothing, face paint, or masks that conceal or hide their faces. Those who refuse to comply will be denied entry or removed from the stadium.

Emergency Evacuation
Emergency Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate BMO Stadium, guests will be given instructions via stadium displays, the public address/open-caption systems, and TV monitors on the concourses and in premium spaces. Guests are encouraged to:
- Be aware of their location in the stadium at all times.
- Identify the two exits located nearest to their seats.
- Listen, watch for, and follow instructions from the public-address system, video boards, and television monitors.
- Ask for assistance and information from BMO Stadium staff members, safety personnel, and Law Enforcement officials.
- Designate a meeting location outside the Stadium for their group in the event that they become separated during an evacuation.

There are a total of seven (7) entrances to BMO Stadium. All gates are open for LAFC and ACFC matches. For other events, please check the Know Before You Go information.

Fan Code of Conduct
BMO Stadium and Major League Soccer and National Women’s Soccer League are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable event experience for all guests in and around the stadium.
BMO Stadium guests and MLS/NWSL fans have a right to expect an environment where:
- Guests are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team fans and players.
- Guests enjoy the soccer experience free from fighting, thrown objects*, attempts to enter the playing field, political or inciting messages, and disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures.
- Guests comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures.
- Guests promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands.
- Alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age.
- Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots.
*THROWN OBJECTS: The use of streamers as an expression of fan enthusiasm is not prohibited but will be kept under review. Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and/or thrown at or toward a player, referee, or stadium staff member.
Failure to abide by this code of conduct is subject to sanctions, including ejection, banishment, and arrest. MLS/NWSL and its Clubs thank you for adhering to the provisions of this Code of Conduct and for making each event special and memorable to you and your fellow patrons.
Each fan should always have their ticket in their possession and be ready to display it to event staff or stadium security to verify their seat location. Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct may result in the fan being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their fans and/or persons using their tickets.
Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns by:
- Texting the word ASSIST to (213) 205-0836 followed by the Issue and location
- Contacting nearby game day staff or safety personnel
First Aid
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every BMO Stadium event. The First Aid office is located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. In addition, BMO Stadium is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility. Designated staff, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact BMO Stadium staff for assistance.
Food and Drinks
BMO Stadium offers a wide variety of food and beverage items for our guests’ enjoyment.
Guests may not bring outside food and/or beverages into the venue during events. The only exceptions are two (2) unopened plastic 20 oz. water bottles per guest and minimal snack sized items for young children. Glass bottles or metal containers are strictly prohibited. Guests must dispose of unauthorized items prior to entering the venue or return them to their vehicle. Guest Experience will not check in or store any food or beverage items. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact Guest Experience.

Gate/DoorOpening Times
Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to kick off for soccer matches. Door time for concerts and other special events will be determined by the event organizer.
Guest Experience Center
There is one Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. The Guest Experience Center can assist fans with lost & found inquiries, lost guests, stadium directions, emergencies,stroller check in and accommodations for fans with disabilities such as mobile captioning devices, sensory kits, and assistive listening devices.

Housekeeping & Maintenance
BMO Stadium strives to provide our fans with a safe, clean, and friendly environment always. If you see or experience a housekeeping problem or maintenance concern, please notify your nearest staff member, visit the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129, or Concierge Desks in the Premium areas.

Locker Trailer
For guests unable to return prohibited items to their vehicle, a locker trailer is available to check items at a nominal fee on the exterior of the venue. For specific locations, contact BMO Stadium staff.
Lost & Found
All fans looking to claim, or report lost items during an event should visit the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the Lost & Found Hotline at (213) 519-9900 or send an email to security@bmostadium.com
Lost Children and Guests
Upon entry into the Stadium, parents are encouraged to stop by the Guest Experience Center, located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129, and register their children. Parents will be asked for their contact details and a wristband with contact information will be provided to the children. Lost children and fans should be taken to the Guest Experience Center Parents looking for a lost child should check with the nearest event staff, Safety personnel, or Law Enforcement official for assistance. For safety reasons, BMO Stadium is unable to make stadium-wide announcements for lost children or fans.

Masks and Face Paint
Masks and face paint are allowed inside the stadium. However, for the safety of all guests, all face coverings must be removed during the security screening process.

Nursing Station
Nursing mothers are welcome to nurse their children wherever they feel comfortable. For a more private location, a Nursing Station is provided for your use on the Main Level concourse behind Section 121.

Prohibited Items and Behavior
All guests entering the facility during an event are subject to a security screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection conducted by BMO Stadium Safety personnel. We aim to provide an enjoyable, yet exciting environment for all guests attending events.
The following is a partial list of items that are prohibited at all BMO Stadium events and is subject to change.

- Abusive, foul, or disruptive language or clothing
- Aerosol containers
- Alcohol and illegal drugs
- All bags that are not clear. Please refer to our Clear Bag Policy for more information on permitted clear bags.
- Animals (except for service animals)
- Any type of marketing collateral such as pamphlets, product samples, etc.
- Balloons, balls, frisbees, markers/Sharpies, brooms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc.
- Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components
- Coolers, outside food, beverages (except for a single factory-sealed plastic water bottle no more than 20oz), cans, flasks, bottles, etc. (F&B needed for infants or medical reasons will be permitted with approval)
- Drums & Drumsticks
- Explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.
- Flag and banner poles.
- Flags, banners, or signs which in any way reference current conflicts or countries involved therein (in accordance with MLS Guidelines).
- Flags, banners, signs, clothing, or other accessories or adornments that reference any political party, candidate (current or former), or measure in any Federal, State, or Local election.
- Folding/beach chairs
- Helmets (bicycle, motorcycle, etc)
- Items containing adhesive ie. Stickers, Decals, etc.
- Laptops & tablets
- Loud noise-making devices such as air horns, plastic horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, megaphones, etc.
- Objects that can be thrown or viewed as projectiles
- Professional camera equipment, tripods, GoPro’s, etc.
- Selfie Sticks
- Signs larger than 11”x17”. The sign size allowance is subject to change based on event.
- Smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes & Vaporizers
- Streamers, Confetti, Register tape, etc.
- Studded jewelry with sharp edges, long metal chains, brass knuckles and spurs.
- Umbrellas
- Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems
- Water guns, toy/replica weapons, squirt bottles, etc.
- Weapons of any kind, fireworks, slingshots, smoke/stink bombs, laser pointers, etc.
- 2-way radio devices
- At the discretion of BMO Stadium Management, any other item determined to be prohibited.
Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in an ejection or refusal of entry, arrested, or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave, or ejected from Stadium property. BMO Stadium cannot safeguard items that are not permitted to be brought into the stadium.

Re-Entry
Guests may not exit and re-enter the Stadium using the same ticket.
Reporting Guest Conduct
Guests safety and comfort are of the utmost importance at BMO Stadium. In the interest of maximizing the fan experience, any disruption by another guest should be reported to the nearest event staff, Safety personnel, or Law Enforcement official. Guests may request assistance by texting the word ASSIST to (213) 205-0836 followed by the Issue and Location. We encourage fans to program this information into their mobile devices.

Security Entry Inspection
BMO Stadium is focused on safety first. All persons entering BMO Stadium are subject to a security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Security personnel. All belongings will be searched upon entry into the Stadium whether by walk-through metal detection, handheld metal detection, bag checks, pat down search, security camera, or facial recognition software. Guests attempting to enter with prohibited items are subject to an ejection or refusal of entry at the sole discretion of Stadium management.
By scanning a ticket and entering the Stadium, guests consent to such searches and waive any claims that they might have against MLS/NWSL, BMO Stadium, LAFC/ACFC, its member clubs, their affiliates, or their agents. If individuals elect not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the Stadium.
BMO Stadium may use video and various technologies to assist with ensuring a safe and secure stadium environment. You may be recorded and subject to facial recognition or biometric identification technology. Your biometric information will not be sold or shared.
Signs and Posters
BMO Stadium management welcomes guests bringing event-related signs and posters inside the building to show fan support during events.
The following guidelines relate to these items:
- Item must be related to the event
- Items may not be greater than 11”x17”’ in size. The size allowance is subject to change based on event.
- Item may not be attached to a stick/pole.
- Item may not obstruct any sponsors’/advertisers’ signage.
- Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by BMO Stadium management.
- Item may not in any way reference current conflicts or countries involved therein (in accordance with MLS Guidelines).
- Item may not reference any political party, candidate (current or former), or measure in any Federal, State, or Local election.
- Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by BMO Stadium management
- Item must be made from a paper or cloth-like material. No wood, metal, or hard plastic materials may be used to construct signs/ banners/posters, etc.
Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, or any promotional items to other guests inside the Stadium or outside on Stadium property without prior approval from BMO Stadium management. If any guests are seen distributing items, they will be subject to an ejection.
Smoking
BMO Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium, including concourses, seating areas, suites, and club areas. This includes but is not limited to lighters, matches, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco (including chewing tobacco), and vaporizers.
Standing
Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, chairs or rails is strictly prohibited.
Strollers
Strollers are welcome at BMO Stadium but must be checked in at the Guest Experience Center located behind Section 129.
Suites

Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted only in the designated area of Christmas Tree Lane for LAFC and ACFC matches. Bottles are not allowed. Cans and cups only. Expo Park does not allow tailgating in the parking lots.

The BMO Stadium Box Office is located at the Northwest corner of the stadium and is open 2pm-6pm every Tuesday, and open at 10am on event days. Hours are extended to accommodate the needs of specific events.

Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems
Use of Unmanned or remote-controlled aircraft systems at BMO Stadium, including its surrounding parking areas, is strictly prohibited. In addition, among other things, the FAA prohibits the use of aircraft systems up to 3,000 feet above the ground and within 3 nautical miles of BMO Stadium beginning 1 hour before an event until 1 hour after an event. Violations of this policy may result in a fine and/or your arrest and imprisonment for up to one year.
W
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting fans from the gates to their Stadium seating location. Guests may arrange for pre-event wheelchair assistance by contacting a Guest Experience Supervisor at any stadium entrance gate upon arrival. Guests needing assistance post-event should contact an event staff member, safety personnel, or visit the Guest Experience Center located behind Section 129. Guests in premium areas should contact the Concierge desk on their level to request a wheelchair escort. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event.
Wifi
Free Wi-Fi is provided for all guests by connecting to the BMO Stadium Guest network.
